Key Responsibilities Ensuring that all activities and operations within Lubes warehouse are in line with Company directives and company rules. Providing daily, decade and monthly information on lubes position as well as supervising & ensuring warehouse documents are accurately maintained and up to date- stock cards, picking list filing. Ensuring daily stocks reporting timelines as required, stock cards timely and accurately updated and daily spot check. Managing lubes warehouse equipment by promptly reporting any defects and accurately maintain records of periodic maintenance checks on forklifts and any other equipment. Ensure efficient use of forklifts to maximize productivity
