Ping Kazi aggregates and shares job listings in Kenya. We connect job seekers with employers; we are not the employer, recruiter, or agent for any listed role, and we do not guarantee that you will get any job. Applying always happens with the employer directly.

The service is free for job seekers. Anyone asking you for money to access a job “through Ping Kazi” is a scammer — please report them to us.

We screen listings for obvious fraud, but we source jobs from third parties and cannot verify every detail. Listings may change, expire, or be filled without notice. Always use your own judgement before sharing personal information with an employer — and never pay anyone to apply.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings;
• Use the service to spam, harass, or defraud anyone;
• Scrape, copy, or resell our listings or service;
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including compliance with Kenyan employment and anti-discrimination law. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including dealings with employers or third-party sites we link to.
